The pick and place equioment is the main equipment of the SMT production line, and it is also the most critical and complex equipment in the entire SMT production. The boot requirements of the pick and place equioment are as follows:

2. Secondly, we need to check whether the vacuum pressure of the pick and place equioment has reached the requirements of the equipment. The vacuum value of the AUTOTRONIK placement machine is usually around 5.5 bar.
3. Turn on the servo system of the pick and place equioment.
4. Return the X and Y axis of the pick and place equioment to the initial position of the source point.
5. According to the width of the PCB circuit board, adjust the rail width of the placement machine transmission system. The width of the rail should be about 1mm larger than the width of the PCB. At the same time, ensure that the PCB slides freely on the rail.
6. Finally, set and install the PCB positioning device.
