As we all known, for LED manufacturing (like bulbs, lamps, tubes etc.), different parts need different machines and different solutions.

Now let me briefly introduce what ETA can do for LED production. There are two solutions, one is for LEDs, the other is for LED drivers.

1. For LEDs producing, needs SMT solution, which consists of stencil printer, chip mounter, reflow oven and conveyors. First, use stencil printer to print solder paste onto LED board; second, use pick and place machine to place LED chips into the solder pot on the LED board; third, use reflow oven to heat the board and make the chips fixed on it. And between the machines, might need 2 conveyors to link the machines. Also, if for fully automatic line, might need loader for loading boards before stencil printer, and unloader for storing boards after reflow oven. 2. For LED drivers manufacturing, needs DIP solution, which consists of insertion line, wave loader, wave soldering machine, wave unloader and welding line. After inserting the components into the boards by manual, through wave loader, the boards will automatically go into wave soldering machine to heat and weld and fix the components into the boards with solder paste and flux, then pass by wave unloader to the welding line for testing, packaging or others.
